Thermoset Moulds

1. Product details:
Specifically designed for thermosetting materials such as bulk molding compounds, sheet molding compounds, and phenolic resins, it is made of heat-resistant and pressure-resistant special mold steel in one piece. It can operate stably for a long time in high temperature environments of 150–180℃ and high pressure environments of 120–200bar, and the mold life can reach 100,000 to 500,000 cycles.

2. Advantages
1) Precise Temperature Control Equipped with independent zoned PID intelligent temperature control system. The temperature uniformity error is within ±2℃, which ensures complete cross-linking and curing of materials and prevents incomplete local curing.
2) Excellent Ventilation Performance Precision vent slots of 0.01 to 0.03 mm are machined at the end of cavities to rapidly exhaust gas generated during curing. It effectively eliminates common defects including air bubbles, burning and flash on finished products.
3) Stable High Precision

Adopting dual positioning structure of guide pillars, guide bushes and locating pins. The dimensional tolerance of finished products is controlled within ±0.02 mm, meeting strict standards for high-precision insulating structural parts used in high-voltage electrical, automotive and new energy industries.

3. Application: Circuit breaker housings, automotive ignition coil housings, charging pile insulation modules, microwave oven high-temperature resistant brackets, etc.
