Round car taillight lens

1. Material:
1) Outer Lens: Optical grade PC/PMMA. Light transmittance >90% and UV resistance, excellent impact resistance to prevent damage from flying stones, and exhibits excellent resistance to yellowing and aging.
2) Bezel/ Housing: PC+ABS or ABS. Highly impact-resistant, resistant to high and low temperatures, decorative and protective, with good compatibility with lens materials and high bonding strength.

2. Processing:
1) The mold cavity is machined using ultra-precision CNC (such as mirror-finish EDM and ultra-precision milling) and subjected to manual or mechanical mirror polishing (achieving SPI A-1 grade)
2) Required after injection molding is completed: Vacuum surface electroplating, surface UV coating reinforcement, lighting assembly welding.
